and consume the receipt. Returns the payout and none. When the payout is above
market cash or above the settled liability left, or a nonzero payout's receive
address is denied (try_fill's reason 9: on USDC's deny list for the current
epoch, or USDC globally paused), changes nothing and returns that payout with
the receipt, so the companion's payout walk moves on and a later call pays it
once the cause clears. Needs no allowlisting and checks only the version floor.
