Fold decoded queue events (in chain order) into per-record states, keyed marketId:recordId.
The app shows Placed from the enqueue's own effects, Priced at the cohort commit, and switches to
Filled or Refunded on QueuedOrderFilled / QueuedOrderRefunded. Events for records that never
appeared enqueued still create an entry, so a partial event window works.
