Predict's constants::current_version from the upgrade that added delayed execution. Enqueue
works once ProtocolConfig.version_watermark reaches it (Predict's admission aborts
ECutoverNotReached until then). The retired immediate trades (mint_exact_*, redeem_live)
always abort in that package, and the older packages they still run in are retired by the same
bump. The same on both networks: it is the code's version constant, not the on-chain package
version (Mainnet v4, Testnet v5).
